Summer is kicking in, and you can find great music everywhere in this town in the summer. Here’s what’s going on with Brent Kirby!

On June 12th at Brothers Lounge, we will be hosting the 2nd Anniversary of the 10 x 3 by having 10 acoustic acts in the Wine Bar and 10 bands in the Concert Hall. This event is absolutely the premier event to showcase local talent in one location on one night. It’s free and you will be able to jump back and forth into the different rooms. The performances are always great and it always is a great place to meet others with the like minded local philosophy of music. On June 15th, Brent Kirby and the Lost Fortunes will be playing the legendary Cleveland Heights venue, Cain Park for the event “No Place Like Home”, a benefit for PAWS. We will be playing with 3 other great bands, Robin Stone, Winslow, and the Breakfast Club. I also have not one, but two show this month at an amazing newer venue called the GAR Hall. Although it was built in the 1850’s, it just has recently opened up for music. I am playing a solo show there on June 21st and then on June 29th, I will be joined by Laurie Michelle Caner from Hey Mavis for a very rare special duo show. Both shows start at 7pm. Please come out and support us and this wonderful new venue.
